Skort that dreams are made of

So can I just say how amazingly, beautifully perfect is this skort though! This really is a skort made of dreams, my dreams. Its my favourite green colour and floral which makes it just AMAZING. This is by far in my top 5 best buys of this year.

So how do I even start to explain this outfit, basically the whole outfit is based from the colours of the floral pattern of the skort. So the green of the roses matched the jumper perfectly, oh so perfectly! Next I took the turquoise hue from the print and matched it to my own necklace and earrings, last but not least I wanted to pick out the peachy tones of the skort by wearing my pink peep toe mid heeled sandals and my ever so handy and slightly overused peach bag from Primark.

Blending in with the Green

Feeling a little clueless.. 

So In this outfit I am slowly thinking of autumn/winter and how my wardrobe will change through those seasons. I will definitely be investing in more tartan skirts as I have seen many around which makes me even more excited! Tartan is one of my favourite trends as it was last year however this year it seems to be more traditional tartan with skirts that look more like kilts. 

So onto the outfit! it was a spur of the moment buy from TKMAXX as I only went in to buy a bag for uni. So first ill talk about my amazing new beautiful bag. The bag is big, well big enough for me anyway I prefer bags of this size rather than massive shopper bags as I fill it up too much and get a shoulder ache. So the bag is a black patent material and has a cute frill cut into the flap on the front of the bag. It was under £40.00 which made me very happy. So the jumper I saw immediately as its NEON! but the skirt I saw and just fell inlove! I had to get it even though they only had it in a size ten which, yes means it is a bit big around the waist. I went to go pay for everything and remembered the neon jumper and how perfectly they would go together. About ten minutes later and I had my first outfit for uni sorted, I also thought how it may be colder up in Birmingham so paired this preppy look with some black over the knee socks and cut out shoes.

MAJORCA STYLE DIARY - DAY 4

Feeling Blue 

So guys how are you liking my style diary so far? Still got come amazing outfit combos to come including my all time favourite colour combo EVER!

Anyway on to my outfit! 

This was an outfit for during the day by the pool and the occasional shopping trip so kept it light and easy to get out of. The kimono is a bright turquoise with a black palm tree print all over it, I paired it with my turquoise skort from primark and a white tee to keep the outfit bight and light. 

My shoes are gorgeous sparkly ju ju's but more or a open toed sandal then the normal clumpy jelly shoes. I really like this outfit as its simple but looks stunning all together.  

The only thing I would say about the shoes is as their flat and have no cushion they hurt your feet if you walk around a lot however perfect for beach and pool as it doesn't matter if they get wet!
